The Facilitator’s mission is to help students, parents, employees and visitors navigate the services, systems and organizational structure of the University of Arizona, and to assist with acclimation and retention by providing a friendly personal contact for students.
Vision
The Facilitators envision a service environment where customers have access to reliable, customizable, and personal information via the University’s various Web enabled technologies. We seek to assist the institution in its transition from a service model based on one to one interaction to a model of on-demand Web self service with University staff available to support people who may be inexperienced in dealing with technology.
