The University of Arizona

Welcome

The UA Facilitator Program is a service provided by the Dean of Students Office.  It's the Facilitators' job to be there when you have questions about The University of Arizona, but you're not sure who to ask, where to ask, or even what to ask.

What Facilitators Do:

  • Provide Internet resources that answer questions about the UA
  • Provide contact information for appropriate experts on campus who can assist with your question or situation
  • Help people complete complex or multi-step administrative processes
  • Assist in dispute resolution by providing resources, contact information, policy guidance and follow up
  • Act as student advocates
  • Help university students and employees effectively use information technology to complete processes so they don't have to stand in line or visit administrative offices

Facilitators Do Not:

  • Answer questions unrelated to The University of Arizona
  • Complete or file paperwork
  • Provide research services related to homework or course assignments
  • Have the ability to make decisions or overturn decisions made by university administration
  • Answer reference questions or do genealogical research
